EVENT VOLUNTEER PROCEDURES

ADMIN MEETING AGENDA

This is everything we need to go over in the MANDATORY event meeting.

Bartender

You will sell drinks both alcoholic and nonalcoholic. You can take cash and Credit Card both must be run through register 

Credit Card Processing Table

You're table has the only ability to do "TAP" charges. You will run credit charges for things like:  Raffle, Souvenirs, Spirit Pull, and Bar (if they need tap) the bar has their own credit card machine

Door Security

You will ensure all who enter the event after doors closed are to be there.  You will assist late guests with their check-in.

Prize Tables

You will assist guests in choosing their prizes as their numbers are drawn.   After prize drawings close you will set up the table for the Grand Prize drawings.

Souvenir Table

You will assist guests in purchasing T-shirt for either Clue or Friends.  You will also be selling Horror glasses for Clue.

Videographer Volunteer

You will take short videos through out the night at all different points and events of the night.  Your videos will be use on social media, youtube, and to create promo videos for marketing and sponsorships.

50/50 Raffle Table

This position will sell tickets for the 50/50 Raffle.  CASH ONLY.  We sell two ways 7 for $10 and 20 for $20

Guest Check-in Table

There are two people at this table.  You will check in the guests, make sure they get their tag and tickets for the night. Both Volunteers after check-in then go to work the Prize tables for the rest of the event

Dessert Table

You will set up the displays for all the desserts and fill them.  You will assist guests in choosing their desserts and keeping the table filled.

Photographer Volunteer

You will photograph guests as they enter the event.  You will take candid shots throughout the event.  Take photos of winners and our Character Photos

Raffle Table

You will sell tickets for our amazing raffles.  When Raffles close you will bring the items and the ticket tubs out to the tables by the hosts

Spirit Pull Tables

You will sell cards to guests for a chance to win a bottle on Spirits! They pay $20 then draw a card and match it to a bagged spirit and that is what they win!
